Hi

Just joined this forum after getting back into photography recently.

I did photography a school for my GCSEs and really enjoyed it and got As in my coursework, but then i started my engineering apprenticeship and photography took a back seat in life.

But after finishing my apprenticeship and getting some money from saving and a birthday i decided to get back into photography. So a few months ago i brought my self a netbook with photoshop elements for all my editing and storage needs, a Sony a290 with 18-55mm lens and have just brought a 75-300mm lens. I can see my wallet being empty for quite a while now haha.

Mind you.... It sounds like you now have most of the kit you need. It's not like you have to keep buying film and having it developed these days. I think it's more expensive to get up and running now, but the actual running costs are less.

Ive just ordered myself a book on my camera so will be reading that cover to cover when it arrives.

If there is something i need to know that isn't in there though, ill be asking you then les :D
