Ive recently bought a Nikon D3000, its my first ever DSLR and came here to get hints and tips on photography. I cant wait to get some decent shots!

hope you like the results from your real camera...honestly
i soldier on with a toy camera and in some ways feel a real one would be better but i wonder if it would be more fun
you have at your fingertip...raw imagery and a large sensor
make the most of it...good luck
