Hi people, im Alan my friend Karl (kar1) reccomended the forum. I have just bought my first dslr camera which is a nikon d50 as i was on a budget i dont know anything about cameras apart from how to turn them on and how to take the photo but wanting to learn more and considering taking a part time college course that introduces you to the basic use of dslr cameras and editing on photoshop. I will mainly be using my camera to take photos of cars and going to a few motorsport meetings so will be taking action pics mainly but my girlfriend is pregnant at the moment so will be taking lots of baby pics in the future.
