I am new to the forum, so just alittle about myself.
I first started taking photos when I was about 8 with a camera from adventer kit (a toy from the 1970's). I then progress to a 35mm cosmic symbol, a Russain camera, which I used for many years.
I was lucky in the fact that my father was a photographer in the RAF. Looking back he encoraged me to do photography, even to a point of building a dark room at home for us to use. But as I hit mid teens I found other interests cars, girls, etc etc.
A few years ago I started using a little digital camera mainly for selling on ebay. I found myself slipping the camera in to my pocket if we were going out and this has lead me back to regaining an intrest in taking some pictures again.
So I have joined the forum to chat, pick up tips and ask questions.
