Hi, iv'e been snooping around for a little while now gathering useful information and tips, and now thanks to everyone on the site i'm now of to ask some questions about buying my first slr camera;)

That's a very good question, and unfortunately the answer is i don't know!
I'm after something to take pictures of my dogs doing agility competitions, but i'm guessing to get really good quality pictures of them moving very fast will need some expensive equipment, but also unfortunately i'm on a tight'ish budget, so thought i'd better join up here and start asking lot's of daft questions
:D
 
hi and welcome...make sure its a dslr..;)

i guess nowadays its taken for granted...

i am also on tight budget but only because i cant see the sense of buying something overly technical...so i watch for last years model becoming available as the owner 'thinks' they need a better camera with this and that....ebay has got me a good one so far and i may also use it for a dslr
