Can anyone explain how to reduce the image sizes on photos so that i can put them in my gallery.

What software will you be using to resize your image?

I had the same problem last week.

I used Paintshop Pro software to reduce the pixels, you will require some sort of photographic software to do this.
Select "image" on the toolbar and then select "resize"(may be different functions depending on the software). Save as "New Title".

Reduce to the required 800 pixels on longest side.

I then used a Flickr account, to upload the image.

Then post it on Talk Photography,

Hope this helps(the site staff/other members were also very helpful, in advice, and even loaded the first couple of images for me).
