I registered here a couple of months ago, so I thought it better to introduce myself.
I am currently living in Launceston Tasmania (here in Tassie it is pronounce Lonseston, my American friend always seems to want to call it Lonkeston, and I'm sure those in th UK pronounce it completely differently!).
I am very much a novice in photography. I have had a Lumix FZ28 since 2006, and have enjoyed it though some features I found annoying (like the lcd screen viewfinder).
A couple of months ago I upgraded to a DSLR - a Canon 550D. All I need now are the skills to use it well!
