Hi everyone,

Finally got round to joining a photography forum. Im James and i am 30 and live near doncaster and work in Leeds. I bought my first DSLR in December last year after moving from bridge camera and i am loving it.
About to go down Devon for a weeks holiday so sure i will be taking lots of pictures so might have a few to share and get some expert opions on how i can improve as class myself as a beginner.

I mainly photography walkes with my English Springer Spaniel or Motorbike events i take part in or attend. I set myself up a facebook page to share these with people i know who were interested as didnt want to full my facebook page full of 1000's of pictures. Please have a look and let me know what you think.

Im not easily offended (I am a Yorkshire lad after all) either so please do give constructive feedback as would like to develop my skills further and if i dont know what im doing wrong i will never learn.

Eh up hows tha going, welcome tut site from a Wakey lad.:)(y) Best advice for someone new to photography, slow down and wait at least 10 seconds to think about what is in the shot and what you are trying to show.

Welcome James we wont hold it against you that you are from Yorkshire lol I have a aunt who lives that way good luck looking forward to seeing some pics
