Hi

I'm George (Georgina) from the Isle of Man. My sister-in-Law suggested I join to take part in the 52 challenge, so here I am :-) I'm looking to learn and hoping it will give me some inspiration to take some different types of pictures.

I've been taking pictures for a little while but still pretty much a beginner. I've just got Lightroom and Photoshop but only know how to use the very basics. Never read a forum, never mind posted in one :-) Only posted pictures on Facebook and don't (yet) have a flicker account. So its all very new but I'm hoping to learn lots and have some laughs. Any advice about how to get started with any of the above will be most welcome.

Hopefully I've done this first one right!!

Thank you. Might take me a while to sus this out but will hopefully be able to share some pictures soon :-)

Last time I went to the IOM was in 1971 if I recall correctly, crikey...
