Hi people my name is Ben and I'm looking for a bit of guidance as I've only ever used a point and shoot camera.

I'm looking to buy a new camera below £200 just incase I decide it's not for me! I've done a bit of research but am a complete noob really so all advice welcomed.

Not really sure what DSLR and lens youll get for £200 probably a Canon 350D with a 18-55mm lens

Be careful Ben, you'll get in trouble and have the mods on you. all dealing should be done in the classified section and in the open.

Welcome again. If you wait til you reach the criteria, you'll be able to view the classifieds.

In the meantime, enjoy TP and hopefully you'll learn lots

Please don't try and get around the classifieds rules, all it will get you is a place on the "never getting access to the classifieds list"....

Haha sorry guys got a bit over excited. And I'm sure it was a Jaffa cake each not a packet each

Anyway just picked up a nice little 300d with 18-55mm lens strap, memory card, battery & charger for a grand total of £130 :-) so keep your eyes peeled for some very amateur shots :bonk:

Should be here by Monday at the latest! :thumbs:
