Hi all, Sean here from a not so sunny Macclesfield.

I have played around with a couple of 35mm SLR's many years ago although I didn't really know what I was doing. I have just been given a Fujifilm s1730 bridge camera, well I like toys and love this camera, it takes good photos too!

Some may notice my username is in fact a radio ham call sign, hand held high, geek here :nuts:

Look forward to you guys explaining to me how to take great photographs :)

:wave: Welcome to TP Sean and thanks for explaining the username. I don't know the first thing about radio call signs so I was wondering what it meant.
Before long you'll be joining the rest of us and adding photography geek to your repertoire too :lol:

BTW I had a Fuji S1000 bridge camera when I joined here. The Fuji bridges are great cameras for getting into more serious photography :thumbs:

I to am a radio ham but not doing it now as I don't have space were I now live,my late father was a ham too.I was G4PBA
