Hi Rob here, first post on tp looking forward to learning how to make the most of my first "proper camera", my Nikon d40, just been on holiday and took 641 photo's !!! But only about 10 (what i would call good) ones, so looking to learn fast and pick up loads of handy hints/tips ect

10 out of a total of 640 pictures; better than my hit rate . I'm happy if I get 1 per 100 shots, and I kid you not.
