Hi from Guernsey

Hello

I am Paul but prefere to be called spike, I live in Guernsey in the Channel Islands.

I have just bought my first SLR camera, Its a canon 400d with a few extra's but i am completely new to photography apart from the odd holiday snap, so no doubt i will be asking loads of questions.

I am hoping this is going to become a good hobby for me so looking forward to getting started.
