Afternoon folks. My first post here

I'm a software dev from Newcastle. Got a decent set of Nikon gear D7000 and 16-85, 70-300, 35, 60 micro and 105 micro.

I'm starting to get into astrophotography in a small way so picked up an Astrotrac and a canon 450d for modifying. 18-55 and 50 so far. Looking at getting a 200 too when the right deal comes along.

I'm pretty new to photography in general and looking forward to learning and contributing in the future.

I've noticed that from some of the threads I've read already. Just like the astronomy scene

Just weighing up what to buy next. Need a timed remote shutter release 'thingy' for the 450D. Seems to be quite a few to choose from. Want like 50 2-5 minute subs. Any suggestions?
