I'm not really very good, even after decades of using 'proper' cameras! However, I do know a good photograph when I see it, even if it's (usually) not one of mine.

I prefer street and urban locations, architecture, landscapes, unusual subjects. I'd like to take lots of portraits but most people don't seem to like having their picture taken so I don't get much practice LOL. I admire people who are able to take gruesome close-ups of bugs, even if I don't rave about the subject.

(One question - does this forum have a "View new content" button, or similar?)

I think what your looking for re:- new content is the "Home" button, top left next to the "Forum" button.

That would be the "New Posts" Tab.
