Hi all.

I'm a cheerfully inept amateur who lives right on the edge of Dartmoor. These days I shoot about half my stuff on film and half on digital, with a preference for vintage lenses even on digital. I've seen lots of wonderful photography on this forum while looking around as a visitor, so it seems like time to join in properly now.

Tavistock?

We lived on the other side of the town for a couple of years in Ottery Park. Haven't been back for decades.

Yep, just outside Tavistock at the bottom of Pork Hill. Of course, Tavy is probably twice the size now that it was last time you saw it, but still a lovely spot to live in.

Thanks. We're lucky photographers to have the whole of Dartmoor on our doorsteps.

Sounds good. Your work is really really outstanding and you make Dartmoor actually look like Dartmoor -- the light, the colours of the landscape, everything. It's a joy to see.
