Hey all, I'm Steve, from Newquay, Cornwall. Been registered on here for a while but never posted as I only used to own a fuji s9600, but have recently upgraded to a canon 20D which I have found to already be much better than the s9600 and I have hardly used the 20D yet. Hope fully will get my remote shutter lock button to allow me to do some more long exposures which I have been dying to do for some time now. :cool:

Love Newquay ... was down there a few months ago, and loved it to bits. Wanted to get there again last month, but the place was fully booked until February 2010 :eek: ... anyway, welcome to the Forum :)

Is it really that booked? The town hasn't seemed overly busy if I'm honest?
 
It's the House in the sea that I wanted to book. I stayed there a few days earlier in the year. It was a great escape, and the feeling of being so isolated and in the middle of water was fantastic. When I called them again to try and spend a few days in Aug., they couldn't accommodate me until February ... I ended up going to Bwets-y-Coyed up in Snowdonia.
 
ahh the house over looking the harbour? Awesome looking place that :) We went to north Wales end of last year and we visited Snowdonia and loved it :)
 
I am brand new...just registered and live in Truro.
