Hi All,

Yet another newbie in search of photography nirvana!

Am a bit of a techie, so that what drives my obsession.

Still looking for the perfect camera that's quick enough to catch the perfect shot of the kids tearing around, whilst being small enough to slip into my pocket and stay there for several weeks before the battery dies - asking too much :cuckoo:

This question is going to be better answered in the talk equipment forum but I suspect that what your looking for is a point and shoot camera if you want to slip it into your pocket, I know very little about point and shoot cameras so will not try and offer advise :shrug:

But I think you will need to look for a camera that offer a short shutter lag (time between pressing the button and the photo being taken) and fast shutter speeds (capture nice sharp shots of fast moving kids)

Welcome to the forum - forget the Canon S95 - although the picture quality is first class and action camera it aint!:shake:
