Saw the images of Howarth forties weekend and was impressed
We run a 40's web site www.1940s.info which has both stills and movies of 40's weekends in the North We include a forum which tells you where they are as well (its all free)
Have been interested in photography over the last 40 years (drifting in and out as you do) and love to see peoples take of the image that's put in front of them
My ambition is to take a photo and not find anything to be critical about unfortunately I think I have a way to go yet
I have included two photos one from Thorpe camp of a jolly tar and the other of crich tram museum (on a forties weekend this with the correct weather is a photographers heaven, if you can avoid the red kagools)
