Hi everyone, nice to find such a freindly site
Ive put up a few scans of some prints and would like to hear any advice or tips on improvement, also can anybody recommend a reasonably priced scanner for scanning prints as the one im using at present leaves alot to be desired!
Sorry one last thing, does anybody use Gimp as it was recommended to me but have not tried it yet?

As regards Gimp - it's free, powerful but not that easy to master.

I think if you download it you'll soon gather whether you like it or not (also download the trial of elements 8 to see which you prefer)
