I decided that I needed to join a forum to get advice and see what others did lol.

I have been keen on photography for years, but recently took the plunge to take a course to learn more about how a camera works, ie not point and auto focus only.
So in a weeks time I will be doing just that.

I did work for a company working in children's portraits and they taught me a lot about composition, framing, so was halfway there.
I have done a few weddings with a photography friend and think over the years my work has improved and a few weeks ago did a newborn/family shoot and so proud of myself.

Looking forward to joining in when I need to.
For now I shall just be nosy lol

We're a friendly bunch, so have a good look around but don't be shy to get some of your photos up on the forum - plenty of helpers on hand to assist with anything that you want some advice on.

I am in week 3 of 5, have learnt a lot of little things that will help, it the stuff I really don't know next, ISO, Aperture and so on.
So looking forward to that.
