I am a new foreigner student here (Wales) now and I am interested nice places in UK where I can take beautiful photos.
Well, I am not a prof. photographer but I like taking photos on my free time very much.

I will be very glad when somebody has any ideas for me.

Welcome dingdang, you are not far from my favourite county of Pembrokeshire where you will find the opportunity to take many wonderful photographs. TP is a most fantastic site and you will meet many extremely helpful people who will offer much help with any photographic queries you may have. Enjoy.

Hi and to TP.

Where about in Wales are you? I've spent a few years there, and to be honest, if I had 10 life-times it wouldn't be enough to capture the things they've got there. It's just one more piece of evidence that divine intervention did occur! Heaven on Earth, Wales is.

There is a thread somewhere with a long list of places to visit and shoot all over the UK .. but being in Wales, you're within walking distance of Heaven.

I have been living in Cardiff for 2 months. Yes, the place is quite nice to stay compare with Germany (but I am not a German). The people here are very nice and helpful. But one thing I find it hard to manage is going out to take photos in the rains. For ex. It is going to rain all the weekend and I think it is not easy going out without a car.
