Hi there,
I ve been wondering about Talk Photography for a while now, it's time to introduce myself.
I'm 32, and have been shooting for the last 8 years. I started with a Fuji S602 zoom, which was stolen in Prague after 2 years. With the insurance money I got a 2nd hand Minolta A2 plus a whole bunch of Cokin filters. After someone asked me to take some photos for a uni event inside I quickly realised the noise limitations of a compact sensor. In 2004 I upgraded to a Konica Minolta 7D, and after that it was a steep learning curve. Now I shoot witha Sony a850 and NEX 5.
I don't have a favourite subject, but I do prefer to shoot in the photojournalistic style. To give you an idea, my favourite magazine is PHOTO french edition.
My targets for this year is shoot more, learn more, publish more. Joining this forum fits nicely in the second point, along with my subscription to PhotoTraining2U.
