I'm new, Paulie-W told me about this place, so thought I would pop in and have a peep.
I have owned a 450D for about two years now...tis my first dslr and I am at the bottom of the learning curve
Just got to grips with shooting in M and shoot RAW files..at christmas i finished a short 12 course on photoshop, so can do a small amount in PS (now own photoshop cs5)
I have just ditched my kit lens in favour of a canon 28-135 iS USM lens which has now become my walkabout lens and not having to swap lenses so often is bliss.
I like all sorts of photography and not really discovered a genre that I dislike (as yet!)
Am very socialable and happy to meet like minded toggers for days out etc. I belong to my local camera club and live in Hertfordshire
