Plenty of good advice in the basics section, really good ides in the portraits section. I've learnt lots from being on here, so don't be afraid to post up some photos for comments.

my son is 8, he varies from posing and loving his pic being taken, to hating it lol

i am glad i joined as there is so much info here, i haven't bought a camera just yet so pics will follow in time
