I am kind of new to the whole photography thing and have found myself being sucked in as i have been trying to colour correct a few underwater shots i have taken. I am a keen diver (some might say obsessive) and thats where i am at now. I have a digital compact which i am starting to feel a bit limited with so i am contemplating an upgrade (budget and housing availability will dictate to what.
But for the time being i am playing wih the shots i have trying to improve them in photoshop and getting stuck. In colour correcting the subject i seem to transport him from the sea to a beach and the image looks over exposed. I'm hoping you guys may be able to help.
But i am just going to soak up the vast amount of info on this site and see if i can improve my photography in and out of the water.
