Hi All,

I joined back in 2009 and have lurked very occasionally since then but this is my first post.

I have always been keen on photography, I remember starting with an Olympus OM-10 as a teenager. Since then, I've mainly been using bridge cameras as I have never made the step into digital SLRs.

Looking for some advice and hopefully contributions eventually as I am keen to improve my photography.

Look forward to visiting a bit more regularly now.

Welcome to the TP! I lurked for a while too before registering recently. You can't go wrong here
 
Thank-you...I'm a beginner, so really looking to pick up tips as I go along and try and make an improvement in my skills. My main aim is to try and take better pictures, moving away from snapshots with the camera on auto!
 
By way of a start...by no means a proper photo submission...here's a humorous one I took of an unfortunate incident for an owl on my house window!
