Hi all! Was sent here by a friend and can't wait to get properly stuck into photography. I've been playing around for a bit and now hope to start gathering some new skills/tips and eventually produce some photos & images that I can be proud of!

Hello mate welcome to the forum. the 550d is a great starter camera, just read lots and practice and the pictures will come.
 
Thanks for all the welcomes :) it certainly is an expensive hobby as I'm Starting to find out!
