Just a quick hello as Ive recently joined,Ive been into photography for about 18 months.
I belong to a couple of Pentax forums but Ive found these sort of sites invaluable to my learning so you can never get too much.

Hey there, welcome to the forum. I'm in Plymouth and also new myself (and still in the process of buying a DSLR). Everyone here is very friendly and helpful - I actually went into a camera shop yesterday and felt like I kind of knew what I was talking about lol I'm sure you'll get a lot of sound advice from this lot. Look forward to seeing your pics!

Welcome to the forum, I find it very helpfully, both in advice on photography and, as today, advice on the good web sites to buy from and the not so good, not so sure about your part of the world though, came down for the first time last year in September, we had everything, non stop rain, hail, even another flood in Boscastle.
