my names becky, im 17 and im interested in buying a camera to take pictures of my critters. (praying mantids)
i don't know much about cameras so if anyone could recommend a decent camera thats good for close ups that would be great :)
i was looking at the fuji finepix S7000/S5700.. what do you think?

dont know about the x2 cameras you've stated but ive got/had the S3000+S5000+S5500+S5600+S8100 & any of them are fantastic for macro shots especialy if used with macro lenses
[I got a cheap set under 15 pound on ebay]
I personaly found the S5000 & S5500 the best for colour clarity especialy on macro.
Fuji are great starter out cameras & pretty cheap to get hold of a 2nd hand model.
