Hi everyone,

My name is Eric and I'm a professional photographer from Sherbrooke, QC, Canada since 2007. I am a husband and a dad of 3 kids from 4 to 11. I love to run, hike, bake (Mmmmm... bread), ... in fact, I run so I can eat what I cook :p

I'm mostly a portrait photographer (wedding, portrait, family) but I also love food photography. Ok, I love food in general and the nice thing with food photography is you usually can eat it after the shoot. :)

I'm a blogger too and you can read it at: http://mirrorlessjourney.com

Over the past two years, I made the transition from big and bulky full frame gear (Canon) to small and light Mirrorless Cameras. My back is thanking me every time I pick up my bag. That's the reason I started this blog... to talk about mirrorless cameras and the Journey I went through. If you speak french, you can find my other blog at http://blog.ericcote.net. I write there since 2009. Mirrorless Journey is newer though (1 month old yesterday).

English is not my first language so feel free to correct me, I'm always open to critics. So this is a picture of me (not eating) on top of Giant Mountain in the Adirondacks, NY.

Hi Eric, :welcome: to the forum

Hi Eric, And welcome aboard TP, looking forward to hearing from you and maybe seeing some of your images on the various forums."Enjoy".

As above welcome to TP Eric, hope you are enjoying yourself here :) - no leaving now....

Great shot - looks a very nice place to be, not jealous at all - looking out of the window at a miserable wet morning :(

Thanks. It was a great place indeed. No more leaves in the trees now over here (or so few) so it will be brown until the snow comes in a month and a half.
