What we gotta cooking? Well I am on my own tonight so it will be something cheap and cheerful. I have just boiled a few Sprouts off and I will fry them later until caramelised. Two Salmon fillets and some cheesy mash to finnish off with. What`s gonna be on your plate?
 
Looking good so far :thumbs: Well there is going to be one less Sprout on my plate tonight :D Could be a good idea to have one big TP come dine with me :lol:
 
Il be hitting local takeaway after a few beers and bowling

Mine will be a Chicken and Prawn balti, rice, nan bread and mini onion bhajis :clap:
 
proper real butcher's Pork & Chilli sausages with, well haven't decided yet.
 
Chicken and asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, black pepper mash, spring cabbage, carrots, peas and possibly a little glass of red or 3 and I've just made some French macaroons so they will be pud nom, nom!

Best dinner service, you will eat of the same old chipped plates that the rest of us will have :lol: Unfortunately the macaroons have not quite gone to plan so I will have to shove a bit extra chocolate filling in them :naughty:
 
Oh and I forgot to say Rich can you bring your caramelised sprouts - I love em:thumbs:

Several cans of lager followed by a bottle of red wine for desert. Yummy!

Huston we have a problem :gag: I have devoured them Dawn, it might have had something to do with a change of cooking them. I did caramalise them as intended but finished them off by flambeing them as well Hic! Hic! One can never use enough Brandy in my book :help:
 
I will be at my fat club dreaming of steak and chips, but will have to make do with a pasta sauce thingy and some garlic bread when I get home!!!!!! Does anybody know of some low fat treacle sponge pudding or rocky road cheesecake??? Or how about toffee cheesecake for the slimmers out there?
 
Domino's - any pizza is £9.99 delivered at the mo. Coupled with a few bottles of fine continental beer, and that's my Thursday treat sorted

Roast chicken ,roasted spuds covered in goose fat ,creamy mashed spuds ,cauliflower and cheese sauce and sweetcorn .


Diet starts ..... blah bloody blah lol

I watch it for the hardcore squirrel action ;)

Tonight's repast will be chish and fips as t'missus is off out to a choir evening and is going to pick it up on the way home.

Yes that's why I've spent the last week in the kitchen trying to perfect macaroons :bonk: that Mary Berry has a lot to answer for :lol:

lunch was superb though - drove to Edinburgh this morning to meet brother and wife [from Paris on a mini-break]

we ate at Browns on George Street ..the cheesecake was to die for....:thumbs:

guess they were fed up with crepes, and garlic frogs legs

actually a holiday in the UK touring through Craster, Edinburgh and now heading for the Lakes and Wales
