Hermes strikes again!

I had a Hermes delivery today, it arrived on the day I was expecting, and at the time they said. It seems the quality of service Hermes provides (along with many others delivery services?) is down to the local team.

I had a Hermes one yesterday too. It arrived on time, but the delivery guy didn’t ring or knock, just left the stuff on the doorstep. Lucky we live in a quiet close with nobody walking past except the neighbours… one of them told me it was sitting there.

That is exactly what mine does, even if its hissing down with rain, despite the fact that she knows where to leave it, if it is raining.
I tell every time I "catch her" and she blatantly ignores it the next next time
Stupid or incompetent? a little of both I guess

I disagree. Their whole system is flawed from the highest management right down to the local driver (only a few of which do their job properly as we all know). The better drivers soon realise how crap the whole system is and leave with their new 'experience' on to another, better job.
