Anyone know anything about the parcel tracking on their site.
I have something coming via them that was apparently dispatched on the 29/12/15
all it say on the tracking is "order generated" bee like that since I got the dispatch note from the seller
 
Open a dispute with the seller and let them sort it out.
 
Sounds like it hasn't been picked up from the seller or the seller hasn't left it with them. You should see the item arriving at the depot, travelling up and being handed over to the local courier if there is one.

it's not an ebay item, don't do ebay. Will give it a bit longer and see if things change, just wondered if anyone has any experience
with Hermes tracking
 
If it's myhermes rather than hermes there are a few different ways in which they deliver and most is handled by smaller companies who still do things by paper. I have sent some things with them in the past and in some cases all the tracking info doesn't come through until it has been delivered.

That's been my experience when receiving goods via myHermes
 
You can expect things to take just under a week usually but if you're after a cheap courier they aren't too bad.
 
Order confirmation giving tracking defo just says Hermes not Myhermes !

We've just (5 mins ago) had a delivery via Hermes.

Email this morn said to be delivered within 24 hrs (order from 3 days ago) but no updates.

well sometime this morning the status changed to received at hub yesterday, out on delivery and delivered.
Yep was here when I got home
