Help!!!

I want to post my first pics into a forum for some comments, can someone tell me how I add the picture to a new thread. I have images in my gallery but can't get them into a thread.

Look in you gallery, you will see some code in a field at the bottom of each photograph.

Cut and paste it into a post ...and it will appear like this...
