Hi guys and girls of TP.

Can you help?

I try and watch a youtube clip either embedded in facebook, embedded in another site, or direct from youtube...

after about 2-3 seconds it just goes all "fuzzy" as in black screen with little white pixels such as static and a message "Oops an error occurred. Please try again."

If it makes any difference PC, windows 7 64bit home, and firefox.

Phone is fine, ipad fine...

Thanks

It also occurs in Internet explorer too

i think its more to do with broadband speed than anything have you tried changing the size of the vid to a lower setting hth mike

not bb speed.. 14Mbps connection, and phone on wifi works.... hmm flash player. Will try that

Well adobe flash player 11 now installed and still being a silly arse!

60mbs here and still lags occasionally when viewing 1080p vids just a guess I just lower the size and it sorts it

If you browser supports it you could switch to html5 in youtube and see if that helps

Steve

ahhh, ok....I wasn't being arsey (if it came across that way), just wondered....with obviously IOS and now Android not supporting flash if they had fully moved over to html5 yet.
