Help with updating flash triggers

I have Yongnuo RF-603 triggers at the moment and they are excellent but they totally manual (No TTL)

I was looking at the Yongnuo YN-622N but I would need an another flash so was also looking at getting a Yongnuo flash to go with them like maybe the YN565EX or YN565EX or another Yongnuo flash that is compatible

So my question is would It be a big benefit to get the YN-622N over the RF-603 and also what flash should I get to go with them. At the moment I have the Yongnuo 560 which is incompatible with the triggers and I have the Nikon SB700 which I would like to keep on camera
 
The YN565 has no high speed sync but will accept external power. The 568 does high speed (FP?) sync but doesn't take external power. Buy a pair of 622's and the new 622tx controller and your options become:

YN 622 on camera with the SB700 mounted. Adjustable remote YN 565 and the YN560 also available as an optical slave.

YN622TX on camera, SB700 and YN565 on the 622's and the option of the YN560 also available as an optical slave

The YN622's will control the power of the SB700 or other iTTL compatible flashes in Manual or iTTL (keep the flashes in iTTL mode) and offer a lot of control from the camera position.

I was also looking at the Yongnuo YN468 II
 
I'd generally go with the biggest bang available, that's why I suggested the 56*s

I got the 568 because I put HSS above external power in my priority list.

It's also why I'm looking into portable studio heads, and hopefully the customisable sync on the 622TX will squeeze me a bit more power out of that too.
 
These yongnuo flash lineup numbers are confusing to me.... I wish they all just rand after each other 460 - 468 etc but I think the the 468 etc are newer than the 560 - that's right isn't it ?

I just want a flash I can use off camera that can use TTL but does not need line of sight
 
Easier for Canon shooters, the 4xx are lower powered than the 5xx (just like the Canon speed lights)

The 468 has a gn of 33, the 568 has a gn of 58.
