I've been asked by some friends to take some photos of them to celebrate their wedding anniversary. I normally cover equestrian event photography, i.e. outside and natural light or indoor arenas i.e crappy light!
I have a D700, SB600 flash, a reflector and no experience of shooting portraits of any sort other than cats, dogs and horses, I usually avoid people!. lens I presume would be best is my nifty fifty but I have a 70- 200 F2.8 and a Siggy 24-70mm (which has always proved pretty useless when used in the past )
I don't have any background drops but my friends do apparently have light purple curtains which will pull flat so could provide a background at a push.
They haven't said yet whether they want outside/inside shots etc and obviously I've told them its all FOC and experimental which they are quite happy with.
any advice/help would be very much appreciated ?
