help with raw

following on from post about raw and photshop i got confused
i shot in raw i have photshop cs3 extended and i cant seem to get the file open can anyone help
step by step guide would be great

You need a camera raw plugin usually.

Google your camera with + camera raw.

Should be a link to the adobe site, click it and has nice easy instructions on there as well. Its pretty simple, you just put the file in the folder.
