hi i have asked this before i think but here goes

i want to know how to size my images to 402dpi ????
because my local image shop says i have to if im too use there printing software ??/ when i open a image in coral paint shop pro 2x i see the crop thing ??

help i hope i have explained it right ??

Open the image and select re-size. Set the DPI as 402 and then enter the new size in inches for the print you're having done. Click OK, save as a new file. Done.
 
tryied that dont know where the option is can you help
 
Open the image in PSP and select Image > Resize from the menu and you'll see this window:



The section I've highlighted at the top are the 3 values you need to use. Make sure that the unit of size is set to inches and then enter the size of the print. Then enter 402 for the Resolution section which should be set to Pixels/Inch then click on OK :thumbs:

should i change all my pic to this ??
 
Only those that you want to print and to the size you're printing them at. But after re-sizing always save the file with a new name so you don't overwrite the original.
