Help with printing Panoramic size onto a roll

Can someone please help with printing a panoramic view?
I have a Epson 1800r printer and I’m trying to print a 305mm x915mm picture size onto a roll of Lyson 265gsm Pro Photo Gloss paper size 330m x 14mtr’s.
I have the manual to follow but I still don’t seem to get it right I’m doing the following in the preferences.
Set Roll/banner mode and set the paper ect then in paper size I go to user defined unit, select cm and 915 as the paper width and 305 paper height.
When I go back to the Photoshop print box my print size comes up as scale 9.37% height 1.125. Width 3.375, I have played around with the print sizes but can’t seem to get it to print any bigger than a thumbnail size:bang:, is there some setting in Photoshop that I need to change?
Any help greatly appreciated

Have you tried changing the dimensions to width 305 and height 915.
 
I have not got the printer you have, however the first think I would check is in Photoshop, go to the image size option and make sure that the image is the correct size and the resolution is set as you want.

When you go in to the print page in Photoshop check the paper size which is selected in page set up option, make sure this is set to landscape and that the paper size matches that of what you want to print out, there could be a custom option to set the paper size, I would use that setting entering the paper size required.

When you have done that make sure that scale to media box is unchecked on the Photoshop printing page, it sounds as if Photoshop is popping the image onto a smaller paper size and scaling it to match, this is the only items that I know of which will make a picture print smaller than wanted.

Cheers martint, I will start it all from scratch and try that as i have tried so many things i forgot where i started :lol:
