if i manipulate too much in photoshop i cant save my pic as a jpeg there fore i cany post it why is ths??

When youve finished your manipulation, go to Layers, scroll down, 'flatten image'.
Then when you go to 'Save as' where it says 'Format' click JPEG.

...i've never had a problem saving as JPeg with dozens and dozens of layers, masks, adjustment layers or anything :/

i just didnt flatten the layers no big deal

She'd just not flattened the image before trying to save it - no doubt it was coming out as a PSD file or the like.

That was my point... I never ever ever flatten, still have no problems saving as Jpeg :/

You should do. If there is an unlocked base layer or extra layers, you shouldn't be getting JPEG as an option?

Unless you're saving it as a copy I think.

If I save a file with masks or layers in PSP as a jpeg and forget to flatten, it just points out that the file will be flattened in saving, asking if that's OK

If I open a Jpeg (one converted from RAW in RSE), it makes no odds what layers etc. are on it, adjustment layers, anything, When I go to 'Save As..' I can choose Jpeg (along with; PSD, STN, BMP, GIF, EPS, PSB, PCX, PDF, RAW, PICT, PXR, PNG, PBM, SCT, TGA, TIFF)

If I make a new file, I can also save to any of those formats...
