Help with my watermark.

I've been using the watermark below for most of my images. Mainly motorsport and static car shows. It was designed by a member of another forum, which I'm very greatful for.

While it works with motorsport shots I don't think it's right for portrait or landscape shots and would prefer something more professional looking. edit.. Or is it fine and I'm just being picky?

Are there any sites which have tutorials or ideas for watermarking?

I'm far from professional but have had a few of my shots used without my permission so would like something I can display in the corner or across the image, without being too distracting.

Any help, tips or personal experience with this would be great

I think if you got rid of the camera and centred up the "photography" it would look good.
