Help with Metz 45CL-4

Hi everyone,
I need a bit of help; I’ve used a Metz 45CL-4 for a few years now mainly with Canon A1 and T90, but after going digital with a Nikon CP 5700 I found a lot of confusion about witch SCA was correct, Jessops came up with 3000c on the 3402 but it never seamed right, so I contacted Metz and they recommended the 343, this worked great (thanks Jessops), but now I’ve purchased a D200 and Metz recommend the standard 301(this is the bog standard foot, no ttl etc) or upgrade to the 45 digital. Any of your thoughts as to an alternative would be appreciated.

At a guess I'd say go with what Metz tell you. Do you have a standard 301 foot? If not I'll LEND you mine to test it out. I'm afraid I can't sell/give it away as I have plans for it.

Thanks for the offer but I do have a 301, it’s looking like selling the Metz and getting a Nikon, thanks again.
