help with flash sync

Any thoughts on the best solution as I have a 450d and looking for a hotshoe adapter to flash sync. what is the best one out there or is there another, and better, solution?

You can get a hot-shoe to PC adapter for about a tenner from Jessops. That may not be what you need though. Depending on what you want to do exactly, you may be better off with a radio trigger that fits directly to the hot-shoe.

basically school boy error here and have lights but no pc sync socket (450d)... I need a simple solution for flash syncing a splendid set of Lencartas! :bonk:

Yes, that'll sort it.

It fires one flash head, and any others will fire in sync off their own built-in optical slaves
