Help with flash set up (AD200Pro + X2Ts)

Hey guys

I have the following equipment

Sony a7RIVa
Godox Ad200pro
Godox X2Ts

I have the same channels and groups selected on the trigger and flash, but when I press the shutter it won't flash, I can press the test button on the trigger and it communicates with the flash as it fires just not when I press the shutter on the camera. I have watched a couple of youtube clips but I still can't see what I'm doing wrong.

Any help please?
 
Make sure the hotshoe is "switched on" in the camera menu . Can't remember the exact name in the menu but basically activate the hot shoe

Doesn't seem to have that option, just fill flash, slow flash etc
 
Think I might have sorted it, the trigger fit on the hot shoe is extremely tight , discounted from the camera and reattached it and it seems fine now :oops: :$
