Help With CS2 and HDR?

When i am trying to open my .NEF images in CS2 i am getting the following message -

"Could not complete your request because it is not the correct right kind of document"

could any of you experts tell me what i am doing wrong?

You may need to download an update of adobe camera raw.
You should find it HERE

If that doesn't work, elaborate a little on your setup and we'll try to help.
 
Im still waiting for them to update RAW with support for my D40x. Im having to shoot in JPG at the moment, as I don't really want to have to rely on Nikon software in my workflow.
