Help with batch conversion and saving in Elements 9 PLEASE!!!

After opening all my RAWs into PSE9 I do my editing and then save them as aRGB (for printing reasons) TIFFs. If I want to post on the web or give some to others I convert from aRGB to sRGB and save as JPEGs in a different folder. The problem is I have to do this for each individual file separately, and it takes ages. Ive tried selecting the images in the project bin and then tried to convert or save but with no joy, it only does it for the image in the project bin bordered in grey.

Has anyone got any ideas how to get around this? PP takes long enough as it is without then spending 15mins converting and saving.
