HELP... Umbrella Softbox Bracket

Hi

I bought one of these to try as my other Softbox takes ages to put up:

The issue I have now is I cannot downward tilt the umbrella Softbox due to the zip at the bottom and the bracket I have.

Please can anyone suggest a different bracket that is reasonable and would allow me to tilt the Softbox when it's on a light stand.

I'm pretty sure this was discussed a month or two ago.
One of the options was to bite the bullet and cut the material- you can always tape it up, no big deal.
 
Thank you, that is a good idea if I cannot find something.
 
Any other suggestions before I order a boom are to get it to tilt?

That's given me food for thought, I had a right kludge going on. This is loads better

i made my own multi boom, useing ali tube and a flash pivot bracket total cost £ 4.80

I was going to go with the boom arm option until I found the two bracket option. Just waiting for the second bracket to be delivered.

The second bracket came through today and the it does exactly what I need to, now just need to learn how to use it.
