Help to improve this in PP...

Was looking through my smoke shots again tonight....they amaze me, the more you look the more you see.....Anyways, the first is the original, in which I can see a face. I have tried to bring this out in the edited one but Im sure it can be a whole lot better. Only been using CS5 for a couple of nights now, so have lots to learn

Anyone want to have a go ?
